REFUND POLICY

At RemRemedy, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our handmade, wellness-based products, all sales are final. However, we will always do our best to resolve any issues.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Herbal teas

  • Smoothie blends

  • Body oils or butters

  • Yoni care products

  • Digital downloads or wellness guides

This policy is in place to maintain the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our natural products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review and provide a replacement or partial credit when appropriate.

 

Missing Packages

If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
    If it's still missing, reach out to us and we’ll help you file a claim or find a resolution.
